I know how busy life can get at times - and it's easy to put our own health and well being on the back burner. That's actually how I found juicing over 22 years ago, when my own health took a turn for the worse. 

 

One of the ways I've stayed committed to juicing for so long is by challenging myself and finding ways to build a juicing community with others.

This is my fourth book, and it's my favorite! I had so much fun putting it together, making the recipes, taking the photos, and feeling inspired to help as many people as I can change their lives the way I've changed mine.

Can I eat solid food during the Challenge?

Yes! This is not a cleanse, but rather a fun way to add juice to your day!

 

Can I use a blender instead of a juicer?

These recipes were created with a juicing machine, so the recipe would be very thick and not taste the same as it would as a juice. I do not recommend using a blender.

 

Can I store my juice ahead of time?

If you have a slow juicer, you can store your juice. There are more tips and ideas for storing your juice in the 30 day Challenge book!
